Jess just graduated wither Bachelor’s Degree in Family Science with a minor in Psychology. We are all so proud of you and so lucky to have you as a part of our Head Start team!
Here’s what Jess had to say about her accomplishment: I wish I had gone on to achieve my Bachelors after receiving my Associates when I was younger. However, being a non-traditional student makes this accomplishment even sweeter. Setting an example for my kids that no matter where you are in life or what age, you can achieve anything. Ammie Joyce (our safety & properties coordinator) was a wonderful mentor to me years ago and encouraged me to go back to school and continue my education. I am so thankful for Head Start providing me with opportunities to grow within the agency while achieving my degree.
