0-5 Disabilities

We Support Families

This program serves families with children with disabilities from zero to three years of age. The services are provided free of charge for all eligible families. Services Coordinators work with families to help them access all needed services, connect them to all agencies that might support the family, assist the family through the assessment process, and assist the families in learning how to access all the services they may need.  Services Coordinators act as case managers for the family and child, and as an advocate for services. Children must qualify for services under the State’s Rule 52 in order to receive Services Coordination. The counties we serve include:

  • Adams
  • Clay
  • Nuckolls
  • Webster
  • Southern Hall
  • Hamilton

The Early Development Network

The Early Development Network provides services and support that are designed based on the needs of children from birth through age three and their families, with the belief that parents know what is best for their families. These services are designed to act on what families think is important for their child and family. The Network also can connect families with other families who have had similar experiences.
