Why you work for Head Start:
I have worked at Head Start for 20 years! I work for Head Start because I want to help make a difference in the lives of children and families. I love getting to see families learn and grow every week during our visits, and I enjoy helping them celebrate their accomplishments! The small part I play as a family’s home visitor is so rewarding!
Favorite thing about your job:
My favorite thing about the job is the relationships you build with children and families! The relationships I have built with co-workers are irreplaceable, and I love that Head Start is family oriented which allows me time to spend with my own family.
