Why you work for Head Start:
I work for Head Start because I love the child and family focused atmosphere. Head Start is about making sure families thrive and children grow. Being apart of the Head Start community makes it easy to retain longevity of employment.
Favorite thing about your job:
Seeing the children light up when the parent is teaching them and witnessing the parent see the “AH HA” moment of their child’s development. The new relationships that have been built while being a Home Visitor is most rewarding.

Apply online today for Early Head Start (prenatal moms and families with children birth to age three) or Head Start (children ages 3-5). A home visitor will then reach out to you to set up a time complete the rest of the application process.
